1. Equipment selection and configuration
Q: How to choose the right excavator model according to construction needs?
A: When choosing an excavator, you need to consider the type of working conditions (earthwork, mining, municipal engineering, etc.), operating range, excavation depth and load requirements. For example, small excavators (≤13 tons) are suitable for narrow spaces or shallow earthwork operations; large excavators (≥30 tons) are suitable for mining and heavy earthwork projects. It is recommended to contact our technical consultant and provide specific construction scenarios, and we will provide a selection plan.
2. Operation and Use
Q1: What preparations are required before starting a new device for the first time?
A: 1. Check whether the fuel, lubricating oil and coolant are sufficient and meet the specifications;
2. Confirm that the hydraulic pipeline and circuit connections are not loose;
3.Check the tire/track pressure and wear;
4.Complete the equipment initialization parameter settings (such as instrument panel calibration). It is recommended to conduct a no-load test run after the first start.
Q2: How to reactivate equipment that has been parked for a long time?
A: First check whether there are impurities or moisture in the fuel system, replace the engine oil and filter; check the battery power, charge or replace if necessary; manually crank the engine to confirm that there is no jamming; gradually start the equipment, perform a low-load operation test, and observe whether the instrument data is normal.
